May I receive a quote?

Yes! Please use our "Request for quote" button on each product page. A quote will be sent in 24 to 48 hours. 

Do you have a certain product in stock?
  • If a product page has the "Add to cart" button, then the product is in stock.
  • If a product page has the "Place Backorder" button, then generally the order will be filled in 7 to 10 days.
  • If you can't find a product, please start a chat and provide the manufacturer and model number.
How long will my shipment take?
  • We offer many shipping options that can be selected at checkout. 
  • All in-stock orders will be processed by 4pm EST (Monday - Friday). *Orders with fabricating or programming may take longer to process.
  • Generally, backorders take 7 to 10 days to fulfill orders. Please start a chat for a more precise delivery date.

Can I pick my order up?

Yes! Please select the pickup option at checkout. *Pickup orders must be collected by the cardholder. The card used to process payment and a government ID will be required.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide, and available options will appear at checkout. Please note that international customers are responsible for paying their country’s import fees. No refunds will be given if these fees are refused. Additionally, once shipped, international orders become the customer’s responsibility, and we cannot provide insurance, refunds, or replacements for packages lost, delayed, or held in customs.
