Their compact, lightweight chassis carries an IP67 dust-tight and waterproof rating, ensuring continuous operation when exposed to water, dust, and extreme field conditions. Dual-mode operation supports both legacy analog systems and modern IDAS/NXDN digital protocols, making the F52D and F62D a practical solution for fleets transitioning to digital communications without replacing existing analog infrastructure. With 512 channels across 128 zones, integrated GPS, Bluetooth, vibrate profile, and voice recording, these radios provide the tools needed for efficient fleet coordination across government, marine, construction, event, and forestry deployments. For hazardous environments, the F52DUL and F62DUL variants carry UL913 intrinsically safe certification for Class I, II, and III locations.
Important: These radios do not include an antenna or charger. The correct frequency-specific antenna and a compatible Icom charger must be purchased separately.
