Description
Black Box Marine VHF Transceiver
High-performance extendable black box marine VHF radio with integrated AIS receiver and multi-station CommandMic support.
The Icom M510BB is a premium black box marine VHF fixed-mount transceiver engineered for boaters, commercial vessels, and yachts with limited helm console space. By separating the main RF unit from the user interface, the Icom M510BB main chassis can be concealed out of sight up to 60 feet away (using optional OPC-1541 extension cables). All radio operations, Class D DSC functions, and AIS monitoring are operated directly through full-function CommandMic handsets.
Built for expanded vessel communication, the Icom M510BB supports up to three CommandMic stations positioned across your boat, offering complete VHF control and station-to-station intercom capability (one-to-one or one-to-all). Available in two factory configuration packages—M510BB 21 USA and M510BB GW 21 USA—this radio features an integrated AIS receiver, NMEA 2000 and NMEA 0183-HS networking, digital Active Noise Cancelling (ANC), and a 15W RX hailer with integrated foghorn patterns.
