Hytera Horizon PoC Service: Cellular, Wi-Fi & Desktop Dispatch
The Hytera Horizon PoC Service Subscription Plan connects compatible devices through the Horizon cloud platform for push-to-talk communication, GPS location monitoring and call logging. Choose a 2-year or 3-year term with Cellular Tri-SIM, WiFi-Only or Dispatcher for Desktop service.
This listing is for a service subscription or dispatcher license, not radio hardware. Radios, cameras, computers and accessories are purchased separately. Service operation depends on compatible equipment, provisioning and an available network connection.

Connectivity Options
Cellular Tri-SIM
Select Cellular (Tri-Sim: ATT-TMO-VZW) for the cellular service offering identified with AT&T, T-Mobile and Verizon. This is one Tri-SIM plan selection, not three separate carrier subscriptions. Coverage and supported network access depend on the device, provisioning and service location; the plan name does not guarantee coverage or strongest-signal switching everywhere. The listed Tri-SIM service is for U.S. use, not international roaming.
WiFi-Only
Select WiFi-Only for Horizon service using an available Wi-Fi connection. This option does not include the Cellular Tri-SIM service. Confirm Wi-Fi coverage wherever the devices will be used; do not select it on the assumption that a customer-supplied cellular SIM is included or supported by this offering.
Dispatcher for Desktop
Select Dispatcher for Desktop for a computer-based Horizon dispatch license. Each license covers one dispatcher seat. Horizon dispatch functions include individual and group PTT calling and GPS fleet monitoring. Both current desktop offerings have Video: Included; there is no desktop variant with Video set to None.
Video Options

None: The selected Cellular or WiFi-Only subscription does not include the video option.

Included: The selected subscription includes the video option. Available for Cellular and WiFi-Only plans and included in both Desktop Dispatcher terms.
A video-enabled subscription does not add a camera to a voice-only radio. Sending or viewing video requires suitable hardware, device support and the appropriate provisioning. Confirm your intended video workflow before ordering.

The current variants offer 2-year and 3-year terms only. A 1-year option is not available in this listing.
Can I choose an AT&T-only or T-Mobile-only plan?
No separate single-carrier choices are currently listed. The cellular selection is Cellular (Tri-Sim: ATT-TMO-VZW).
Does Desktop Dispatcher include video?
