Push-to-Talk (PTT) Only: Includes unlimited Horizon PTT software service. (Note: This plan requires the user to keep the device connected to Wi-Fi or to provide their own active LTE SIM card).

Push-to-Talk with SIM (500MB): Includes unlimited Horizon PTT service, plus an active SIM card providing 500MB of monthly LTE mobile data to keep you connected on the road.

Push-to-Talk with Video & SIM (500MB): Includes unlimited Horizon PTT service, advanced Video streaming capabilities, and an active SIM card providing 500MB of monthly LTE mobile data.
Mobile Data SIM Options
If you select a plan that includes a SIM card, you can choose from the following network providers:

AT&T LTE Mobile Data: Supports coverage across the USA, Canada, and Mexico.

T-Mobile LTE Data: Supports coverage within the USA only.

Tri-SIM (For PNC380S Only): Automatically switches between AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon networks to ensure the strongest possible signal.

The Hytera Horizon PTT platform supports users who wish to Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) using an Android smartphone, as well as the following dedicated Hytera PoC radios and video microphones:
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
How long is the service contract? All Hytera Horizon service plans are billed as a complete 2-year subscription. This ensures your fleet stays connected without the hassle of month-to-month billing.
How does the renewal process work? You will never be caught off guard by a service lapse. A renewal quote will be automatically sent to you 60 days prior to your renewal date (which is 22 months after your subscription officially starts).
Can I use my own smartphone with this plan? Yes! The Hytera Horizon platform supports "Bring Your Own Device" (BYOD). You can install the Horizon PTT application on your compatible Android device and use the Push-to-Talk Only plan over your phone's existing cellular data or Wi-Fi.
Does the 500MB of data cover my voice calls? Yes. Push-to-Talk voice data is incredibly small. The 500MB of included monthly mobile data is more than enough to handle heavy, daily PTT voice traffic and GPS location tracking for a full month on a dedicated radio device.
