Its intrinsically safe design meets stringent UL certification requirements for use in classified hazardous locations, providing compliant and reliable power for public safety, petrochemical, mining, and other high-risk industrial deployments.
Important: This battery must only be charged or replaced in a non-hazardous area. It is not interchangeable with the BP294, which is designed for the standard (non-UL) F52D, F62D, M85, and M85E radios.
