The BD502i is a screenless radio supporting 48 channels. The BD552i adds a single-line OLED display, partial keypad navigation, and an expanded 256-channel capacity — better suited for supervisors or larger organizations.

Yes. The BD552i must be programmed with your licensed frequencies before it can be used on your network. You’ll be asked at checkout whether you’d like programming, or you can add it to your cart in advance via our Atlantic Radio Programming Services page. If you prefer to program the radio yourself, you’ll need the Hytera CPS software and a PC76 programming cable, both sold separately.
